Many of the ways we cope or respond to life were shaped by early experiences and designed to help us survive. In somatic and movement-based psychotherapy, we explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we work toward building new pathways that help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to choose how you respond.
